• Morning Program: 09:30 – 13:30

• Afternoon Program: 13:30 – 17:30

• Duration: 4 Hours

• Guests must arrive at the base at least 30 minutes before departure time.

• Late arrival may be considered a no-show with no refund.

3. Transfer Policy

• Round-trip hotel transfer is included for Kata, Karon, Patong, and Kamala areas only.

• Extra charge may apply for hotels outside the included transfer zones.

• Exact pickup time will be reconfirmed one day prior to the tour.

• Guests must wait at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup time.

• Delays may occur due to traffic and shared transfer routing.

4. Jet Ski Usage & Safety

• Price is per jet ski (not per person).

• Maximum 2 persons per jet ski (weight and safety limits apply).

• Minimum age to drive a jet ski is 18 years old.

• Life jackets must be worn at all times during the activity.

6. Route & Weather Conditions

• The 6 islands route (Naka Noi, Naka Yai, Monkey Island, Sup Island, Phae Island & Mangrove Forest) may be adjusted depending on weather, sea conditions, and safety considerations.

• The program operates subject to sea and weather conditions.

• In case of unsafe weather, the operator may reschedule or modify the route.

7. Insurance & Liability

• Basic accident insurance is included for the jet ski trip only.

• Insurance coverage is subject to the policy terms of the local operator.

• The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski due to negligence or misuse.

8. Damage Deposit

• A refundable damage deposit may be required before the activity (payable at the base).

• The deposit will be returned after the tour if no damage occurs to the jet ski.

• Any damage caused by the participant will be charged according to the operator’s policy.

9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed at least 24 hours before the travel date.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

• No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the booking platform policy.

• Set menu lunch, drinking water, and seasonal fruits are included as specified.

• Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not recommended during the activity.
