1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

• Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

• Confirmation will be issued after successful payment and availability check.

• Please ensure all guest names, contact details, and hotel information are correct to avoid any delays in pickup and tour arrangements.

2. Child Policy

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–11 years.

• Children under 4 years old may join free of charge (no separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult).

• Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times during the cruise and water activities.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

• No-shows or late arrivals will be charged 100% of the tour fee.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

4. Weather & Sea Conditions

• The cruise operates in most weather conditions.

• The itinerary may be modified due to weather, sea conditions, tide levels, or operational requirements for safety reasons.

• In case of unsafe weather conditions or government restrictions, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

• No refund will be provided for itinerary changes caused by weather or natural conditions.

5. Pickup & Transfer Policy

• Complimentary round-trip hotel transfer is available from selected Phuket areas.

• Pickup time will be confirmed after booking (usually 1–1.5 hours before check-in time).

• Guests staying in remote areas (e.g., Airport, Bang Tao, Surin, Kamala, Rawai, Nai Harn) may be subject to an additional transfer surcharge or required to meet at Ao Por Pier.

• Guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

6. Health & Safety Requirements

• Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions, including heart, back, or mobility issues.

• Guests participating in water activities (swimming, paddle board, slides, canoeing) should be in good physical condition.

• Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used as instructed by the crew.

• The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s condition is deemed unsafe.

7. Safety & Liability

• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the guide and crew at all times.

• Participation in water and onboard activities is at the guest’s own risk.

• The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

• Guests are advised to keep valuables in a safe and secure place.

8. Insurance Coverage

• Basic tourist accident insurance is included during the tour period only.

• Insurance coverage is subject to the policy terms of the local operator.

• Guests are recommended to have personal travel insurance for additional coverage if required.

9. Itinerary & Operational Changes

• The itinerary and timing are approximate and may change due to weather, sea traffic, tide conditions, or operational needs.

• The operator reserves the right to adjust the program sequence without prior notice for safety and operational efficiency.

• Certain activities (such as swimming or canoeing) may be subject to weather and safety conditions on the day of operation.

10. Environmental & Park Regulations

• Guests must follow national park and environmental regulations at all times.

• Littering, damaging marine life, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.

• Some areas may have restricted access depending on park regulations and tide levels.

11. Responsibility Clause

By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms, safety guidelines, and operational conditions stated above. The operator prioritizes guest safety and reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour if necessary due to safety, weather, or operational concerns.
