Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during peak season and holidays.

• Full payment is required to secure the reservation.

• The confirmed itinerary and details shown on the platform will be considered the final service reference.

• This program is operated on a join-in basis (shared tour).

Program & Itinerary

• The itinerary and timing are subject to change depending on weather, sea conditions, and operational requirements.

• Offshore snorkeling at 2 points is subject to weather and sea conditions on the travel date.

• Snorkeling locations and activity sequence may be adjusted by the captain and tour guide for safety reasons.

• The operator reserves the right to modify the program without prior notice for safety and operational purposes.

Transfer & Pick-up

• Round-trip land transfer is included for selected areas in Phuket only.

• Additional transfer charges may apply for areas outside the specified pick-up zones.

• Pick-up time will be reconfirmed one day prior to the tour date.

• Guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Late arrival or missed pick-up will be considered a no-show without refund.

Sea Sport Activity Policy

• Complimentary sea sport choices (Parasailing or Banana Boat / Clear Kayak or Banana Swing) are included as part of the premium package.

• Activities cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, or other activities.

• Participation in water sports is subject to safety assessment and weather conditions.

• The operator may suspend any activity if deemed unsafe due to weather or sea conditions.

Health & Safety

• The tour is not recommended for pregnant women, elderly guests with serious medical conditions, or guests with mobility difficulties.

• Guests with heart problems, back problems, or other serious medical conditions should not participate in speedboat, snorkeling, or water sport activities.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide and boat crew at all times.

Insurance & Liability

• Travel accident insurance and basic first aid are included during the tour program.

• Insurance coverage is in accordance with the operator’s policy and local regulations.

• The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

Cancellation & No-show

• Free cancellation is allowed at least 24 hours before departure.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will be charged 100% of the total amount.

• No refund will be provided for no-show, late arrival, or unused services.

• In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded according to operator policy.

Weather & Force Majeure

• The program is subject to weather, sea conditions, and unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

• In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, the operator reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour.
