1. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during peak season and holidays.

• Full payment is required to secure the reservation.

• The confirmed itinerary and details shown on the platform will be considered the final service reference.

• This program is operated on a join-in basis (shared tour).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed at least 24 hours before the tour departure time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will be charged 100% of the total amount.

• No refund will be provided for no-show, late arrival, or unused services.

• Any amendment or date change must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

3. Weather, Sea Conditions & Safety

• The itinerary and timing are subject to change depending on weather, sea conditions, and operational safety requirements.

• Snorkeling at 2 points and offshore snorkeling locations may vary depending on sea conditions on the travel date.

• In case of bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or force majeure, the tour may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled for safety reasons.

• If the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• The captain and tour guide reserve the right to adjust the program without prior notice to ensure guest safety.

4. Transfer & Pick-up Conditions

• Round-trip land transfer is included for selected areas in Phuket only.

• Additional transfer charges may apply for areas outside the specified pick-up zones.

• Pick-up time will be reconfirmed one day prior to the tour date.

• Guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Failure to be on time for pick-up will be considered a no-show without refund.

5. Marine Activities & Program Conditions

• Snorkeling activities are subject to weather and sea conditions.

• Offshore snorkeling will be conducted at suitable locations around Coral Island as determined by the captain.

• Optional sea sport activities (such as parasailing, banana boat, etc.) are not included unless specified in the inclusions.

• The duration and sequence of activities may be adjusted based on operational flow and safety considerations.

6. Health & Fitness Requirements

• The tour is not recommended for pregnant women, elderly guests with serious medical conditions, or guests with mobility difficulties.

• Guests with heart problems, back problems, or other serious medical conditions should not participate in speedboat and snorkeling activities.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to join marine and snorkeling activities.

• The operator reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons without refund if a guest is deemed unfit for the activity.

7. Insurance & Liability

• Travel accident insurance and basic first aid are included during the tour program.

• Insurance coverage is in accordance with the operator’s policy and local regulations.

• The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

• Guests are advised to take care of their valuables at all times.

8. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are advised to bring swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, towels, and a waterproof bag.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the tour guide and boat crew.

• Any damage caused by the guest to equipment or property will be the guest’s responsibility.

• Littering and unsafe behavior during the tour are strictly prohibited.

9. Child Policy

• Child rates and policies are subject to the operator’s conditions.

• Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

• Life jackets must be worn during marine activities for safety.

10. Force Majeure

• The operator shall not be held liable for any delay, change, or cancellation caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

11. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the platform and supplier agreement.

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and booking platform.
