Essential Information

Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• Hotel pickup & drop is for centrally located hotels in around 3 Square Km of the attraction.
• If your hotel is not centrally located, we may request you to come to a central location and we will pick you enroute
• In some cases we may be able to pick you from your hotel not within our route by you paying an additional surcharge. The surcharge may range from THB 100-THB 200 per person and will depend on your hotel location.

Itinerary

08:00 AM – Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to Ocean Marina.
09:00 AM – Arrive at Ocean Marina and prepare for departure.
09:30 AM – Set sail from Ocean Marina and begin your island adventure.
11:00 AM – First stop at Koh Pai – enjoy the pristine beaches and clear waters.
12:00 PM – Indulge in a delicious Thai buffet lunch on the island.
12:40 PM – Depart from Koh Pai and head towards Koh Rin.
01:30 PM – Arrive at Koh Rin – snorkel, swim, and explore marine life.
02:30 PM – Depart from Koh Rin and cruise towards Koh Ped.
03:10 PM – Arrive at Koh Ped – interact with playful monkeys and offer them fruit.
03:50 PM – Depart from Koh Ped and return to Ocean Marina.
04:30 PM – Arrive back at Ocean Marina, concluding your tour.

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

• Weather & Safety:

  • The tour is subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
  • If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

• Liability & Insurance:

  • The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to have travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• Health & Safety Requirements:

  • Participants should be in good health and free from any serious medical conditions.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with serious health issues should consult a doctor before joining.

• Children & Age Restrictions:

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Age restrictions may apply to certain activities like snorkeling or fishing.

• Changes & Modifications:

  • The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour if necessary.
