Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pickup time
5. Our customer care number over whatsapp supports you all the time
6. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 12 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 12 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

• 02:00 PM – 2:45 PM → Watch the spectacular Dolphin Show
• 2:45 PM → Tour ends, free to explore Pattaya

🕔 5:00 PM Show:

• 04:30 PM – 04:45 PM → Arrive at Pattaya Dolphinarium & check-in
• 05:00 PM – 5:45 PM → Enjoy the fun-filled Dolphin Show
• 5:45 PM → Tour ends

Terms and Conditions

• Show Policies:

  • The show lasts 45 minutes and starts on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed inside.
  • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within the designated ticket category.

• Age & Child Policy:

  • Children under 12 years old qualify for child tickets (as per ticket policy).
  • Infants under 3 years old may enter for free but must sit on a parent’s lap.

• General Rules:

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the premises.
  • Guests must follow staff instructions for safety and smooth operations.

• Photography & Video Recording:

  • Personal photography is allowed, but flash photography and professional equipment are restricted.
  • No video recording of the full show is permitted.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
  • Changes to booking dates may be allowed based on availability and operator discretion.

• Show Changes & Cancellations:

  • Pattaya Dolphinarium reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the show due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, safety reasons).
  • In case of cancellation by the operator, guests may receive a full refund or reschedule option.

• Liability Disclaimer:

  • The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Guests attend the show at their own risk, and the management holds no liability for personal injuries.
