Booking Process

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. Min 1 Pax needed to be booked
2. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
3. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
4. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
5. We communicate your approximate pick up time
6. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
7. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
8. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Infant / Child Policy

• Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
• Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable 
• Children over the age of 11 years , would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Additonal Hotel Pick up / drop Surcharge for non-central hotels

• The tour will depart from Phuket Pier, where you'll embark on a memorable island-hopping adventure to the stunning islands of Krabi.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows will incur a 100% charge.

  • Departure times are fixed; please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

  • The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, departure time, or cancel the tour in case of weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies.

• Health & Safety

  • Participants should be in good physical condition to participate in the tour.

  • The tour operator is not responsible for any health-related issues or injuries that may occur during the tour.

  • It is recommended to bring sunscreen, swimwear, and comfortable footwear.

• Responsibility

  • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

  • Participants must follow the guide’s instructions for their safety and enjoyment.

• Weather Conditions

  • The tour will operate in most weather conditions. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe by the operator (e.g., storms), the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.

• Force Majeure

  • The tour operator is not liable for any delay or failure to provide the service due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

• Changes to the Tour

  • The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or content of the tour at any time without prior notice.
