09:45 – Sawanu Lounge

Arrive at Sawanu Lounge for check-in and welcome reception with light refreshments.

10:15 – 10:45 | Departure from Pier

Board the speed catamaran and depart from the pier heading to Phang Nga Bay.

10:35 – Naka Yai Island

Relax on the beach and enjoy sightseeing at this peaceful tropical island.

11:45 – Panak Island

Sightseeing around Panak Island, famous for its caves and limestone formations.

13:10 – Hong Island (Canoeing)

Enjoy canoeing through stunning sea caves and mangrove lagoons with professional paddlers.

13:20 – Koh Panyee

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.

• Full payment is required to secure and confirm the reservation.

• Once confirmed, a booking voucher will be issued via email or WhatsApp.

• Please review your booking details carefully and inform us immediately of any errors.

2. Child Policy

• Infant (0–3 years): Free of charge (no seat and no meal).

• Child (4–11 years): Child rate applies.

• Adult (12 years and above): Adult rate applies.

• For safety reasons, some sea tours may not be suitable for infants under 1 year old.

3. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour departure time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

• No-show or missed tour will be charged 100% of the total tour fee.

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Postponement requests made less than 24 hours before departure may be subject to additional charges depending on the operator’s policy.

4. Late Arrival & No-Show

• Guests who are not present at the pickup time or meeting point will be considered a no-show.

• No refunds will be provided for missed transfers, late arrivals, or failure to join the tour on time.

• The driver will wait a limited time only due to shared transfer schedules.

5. Itinerary & Operational Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, sea conditions, tide levels, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the route, timing, or activities without prior notice for the safety and comfort of guests.

• No refunds will be provided for program adjustments caused by natural conditions or force majeure.

6. Weather & Sea Conditions

• In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, the tour may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled by the operator.

• If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a refund according to the operator’s policy.

• Slight rain or cloudy weather is not considered a valid reason for cancellation.

7. Hotel Transfer Policy

• Round-trip hotel transfer is included for selected areas in Phuket (Patong, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town) unless otherwise specified.

• Extra surcharge may apply for hotels located outside central Phuket areas (e.g. Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Laguna, Rawai, Nai Harn, Naiyang, Naithon, Mai Khao, Airport area, and remote locations).

• Pickup time will be reconfirmed one day prior to the tour via email or WhatsApp.

• Guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

8. Pier & Boat Arrangement

• The departure pier (e.g. Chalong Pier, Rawai Pier, Royal Phuket Marina, or other designated piers) may vary depending on availability, weather conditions, and operational scheduling.

• The type of boat (speedboat, speed catamaran, or big boat) may be adjusted based on operational requirements and travel date.

• Final operational details will be reconfirmed prior to the tour.

9. Health & Safety Requirements

• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants under 1 year old, elderly guests over 70 years old, or guests with serious medical conditions (heart problems, back problems, mobility issues, or recent surgery).

• Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating.

• The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest’s condition may affect safety.

• All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the tour guide and crew at all times.

10. Insurance & Liability

• Basic accident insurance is included during the tour period only.

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest at all times.

• Travstore Travel and the tour operator are not liable for loss, damage, delay, injury, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Services included in the package are clearly stated in the tour inclusions section.

• Any services not mentioned in the inclusions will be considered excluded.

• Additional fees such as national park fees, local island fees, optional activities, personal expenses, tips, and alcoholic beverages are not included unless specified.

12. Required Contact Information

• Guests must provide accurate details including:

  • Hotel name and location

  • Lead guest name (as per booking)

  • Reachable phone number or WhatsApp contact

• Failure to provide correct contact details may result in communication issues and missed pickup, which will be considered a no-show (non-refundable).

13. Force Majeure

• Travstore Travel and the tour operator shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, government regulations, traffic conditions, mechanical issues, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

14. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
