1. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pick up time
5. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the trip date must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours before the trip date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

• No-show (failure to arrive on the travel date without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Insurance Policy

• Insurance coverage is not valid for:

  • Children under 4 years old

  • Pregnant women

  • Guests aged 70 years old and above

• The insurance policy only covers medical treatment within the Kingdom of Thailand and is not valid outside Thailand.

• Nonthasak Marine Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation beyond the coverage of the insurance policy.

• Insurance terms and conditions are valid for one month from the date an initial claim is registered, during recovery in resort, or until a “fit to fly” certificate has been issued.

• Nonthasak Marine Co., Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any recurring injury, illness, or treatment, whether related or unrelated to the initial claim, once the claimant has left Thailand or has been declared fit to fly.
