• Pickup time is approximately 07:00 – 07:30 AM, depending on your hotel location.

• Your exact pickup time will be reconfirmed one day before departure via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

Extra Charge for Non-Service Areas

Hotels located outside the standard pickup zones may be subject to an additional transfer surcharge.
The exact fee depends on your hotel location and will be advised after booking.

Guests may also choose to travel to a designated meeting point within the pickup zone to avoid extra charges.

Please Be Ready

• Wait at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

• The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the pickup point.

• Late arrival or failure to be present may result in a missed transfer and no refund.

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• A confirmation voucher will be issued after successful payment.

2. Hotel Transfer

• Round-trip transfer is included from designated Phuket areas (as stated in the program).

• Pickup time will be reconfirmed one day prior to departure.

• This is a shared transfer service; guests must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

• Late arrival or missed pickup will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are 100% non-refundable.

• No-shows, late arrivals, missed pickups, or failure to appear at the meeting point are non-refundable.

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Weather & Safety Conditions

• If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may choose to:
  ✔ Reschedule to another available date, OR
  ✔ Receive a full refund.

• If the tour operates but a guest chooses not to join for personal reasons, it is considered voluntary cancellation and is non-refundable.

Partial Use

No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure once the tour has started.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
