Pickup & Booking Process

Our tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off services for your convenience. Please see the process flow below:

1. Select the number of adults and children and complete your booking.

2. During the booking process, we collect your email address and phone number.

3. After your booking is confirmed, our customer care team will contact you via email and WhatsApp to collect your hotel address and any additional details.

4. We will then inform you of your approximate pickup time.

5. Our customer care WhatsApp support is available to assist you at any time before the tour.

6. When our driver or guide arrives for pickup, please present your voucher for identification to ensure a smooth and correct pickup.

7. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your tour.

Itinerary

13:00 | Hotel Pick-up & Transfer to Chalong Pier
Pick-up from your hotel meeting point and transfer to Chalong Pier.

14:00 | Board the Catamaran & Sail to Coral Island
Board the catamaran at Chalong Pier and begin sailing toward Coral Island, enjoying scenic views along the way.

15:00 | Arrive at Coral Island
Arrive at Coral Island and enjoy free time to swim in the clear waters, relax on the white sand beach, or participate in optional water sports (at own expense).

16:00 | Sail Around Coral Island
Board the catamaran again and set sail around Coral Island, taking in the beautiful coastal scenery.

17:00 | Fishing Experience
Enjoy a relaxed fishing experience while cruising around the island.

18:00 | Sunset Cruise & Dinner Onboard
Experience a breathtaking sunset over the Andaman Sea while enjoying dinner served onboard the catamaran.

19:00 | Return to Chalong Pier & Hotel Transfer
Arrive back at Chalong Pier and transfer back to your hotel, concluding the tour.

Terms and Conditions

Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Booking confirmation will be sent via email once the reservation has been successfully confirmed.

• This tour operates as a shared (join-in) tour, not a private tour.

Pickup & Drop-off

• Hotel pickup and drop-off services are included from selected areas.

• Guests must be present at the hotel lobby at least 20 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.

• Please inform the hotel lobby staff that you are waiting for the tour pickup so they can assist when the vehicle arrives.

• As this is a shared tour with multiple guests, the vehicle will wait no longer than 10–15 minutes. Late arrivals may miss the pickup and will be considered a no-show.

• Exact pickup time will be communicated after booking confirmation.

Tour Operation & Itinerary

• The tour operates on a fixed schedule.

• The itinerary and timing may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, weather, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

• No refunds will be provided for missed portions of the tour due to late arrival.

Child & Infant Policy

• Infants under 3 years old may join free of charge.

• Children aged 3 – 11 years are charged at the child rate.

• Guests aged 12 years and above are charged at the adult rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour departure time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Health & Safety

• Guests should be in good physical condition and able to participate in light activities.

• This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions.

• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the crew, guide, or staff.

Activities & Additional Costs

• Water sports activities at Coral Island are optional and not included in the tour price.

• Any additional activities or personal expenses are at the guest’s own cost.

Responsibility & Liability

• Travstore Travel shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, sea conditions, traffic, or third-party service providers.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times during the tour.
