Hotel Pickup Instructions

Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow

1. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pick up time
5. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

Itinerary

• 13.00 hrs Pick up from Hotel meeting point and  head to Chalong Pier
• 14.00 hrs Board the Catamaran from Chalong pier and sail to Coral Island 
• 15.00 hrs arrive at Coral Island and enjoy your time swiming or relaxing on the white sand beach, or indulge in one of the many watersports on offer
• 16.00 hrs Board the Catamaran again and set sail ariund the Island 
• 17.00 hrs cruise arround the island and enjoy fishing
• 18.00 hrs Enjoy wonderful sunset cruise and the dinner on board
• 19.00 hrs arrive to Chalong Pier then transfer back to hotel

Terms and Conditions

• This is a join in tour and not a private tour
• Please be at your hotel lobby at least 20 min before your designated pick up time
• Please inform the lobby staff you are waiting for a pick up for our tour, they will faciliate when vehicle arrives
• The vehicle will not wait more than 10-15 mins as other guests await pick up too, so please be mindful of time and keep a close watch. 
• Watersports activities at Coral Island are at your own cost
