• Guests who miss the pickup are considered no-shows and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation at least 48 hours before departure.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

4. Weather & Sea Conditions

• The program operates subject to weather and sea conditions.

• In case of unsafe conditions, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip.

• Alternative dates or refunds will be offered accordingly.

5. Seating Policy

• Seating areas (Rear, Middle, Front) are subject to availability.

• Seating cannot be changed onboard unless approved by staff.

6. Onboard Credit

• Credit included in selected packages can be used for onboard drinks, snacks, or activities at Banana Beach.

• Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Unused credit is non-refundable.

7. Health & Safety
