Breakfast will be provided as per the Hotel Menu. Indian breakfast consisting hot items like Upma, Poha, Idli / Uttampam / Medu wada with chutney/sambhar etc. along with Masala tea, Masala milk, khakhra (with methi sambhar / jeeralu), dry snacks etc shall be served. (Sub. to hotel permission)

Essential Information
Important Notes -
Tour itinerary may change depending on airline / hotel availabilities. Standard hotel check in time in Turkey is after 1400 hrs, early check in will be requested for required places, it is however subject to availability.
Important notes for Travelers -
- There will be Luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and Hotels except at the airport where the passengers have to handle their own luggage on Trolley. It’s an individual’s responsibility to take care of own luggage & property
- All travellers have to carry their own passports, tickets, forex & any other important documents. It is recommended to leave passport photocopy at your resident, office & carry one copy while travelling.
- Tips to Local Guides, Drivers and Tour Manager is included in the tour cost.
- Passengers having excess baggage over 15 Kgs per person in check in baggage & 07Kgs in hand luggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities
- In case of bad weather and non-operational of activities due to operational reasons refunds as per below shall be applicable from Mumbai office:

- Children under 6 years of age are not allowed for hot air balloon ride for safety reasons hence the cost is not included for children upto 6 yrs.
- We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended
- Any unused service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
- The temperature in Turkey during April to June averages to 15 to 30 degrees. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather. Heavy warm clothing is not required.
- All the travellers must clear all their respective payments 45 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice
- Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, Television channels, over flow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before check out. All Items of personal natures, Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary are to be paid by an individual.
- Any service from hotels, airlines, visas etc is not a responsibility of Kulin Kumar Holidays Pvt Ltd, hotels/airlines may change due to availability and alternate similar service will be provided
- For/If any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same in writing with a purpose of canceling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international tours.
- Jinvaani Holidays holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death or theft during the tour program. Jinvaani Holidays is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc on behalf of its clients, Jinvaani Holidays is not responsible for services offered by its service vendors
- Minimum 02 blank pages are required while travelling to Turkey (01 for visas & 01 for exit & entry stamps at Mumbai & Turkey Airports). Travellers without requisite passport pages may be denied to enter into the country.
- Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the airports by the individual passenger are not included in the tour cost, Please note that as per information on 01-Dec-2019 there are no departure fees/taxes to be paid by any traveller getting out of Turkey or within Turkey as per our itinerary.

Booking Procedure -
At registration - Payments favoring SHREE GAUTAM LABDHI VENTURES as per below -
- INR 66,000 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
- Passport copy, Aadhaar card copy, Pan card copy
- Balance payment to be paid 45 days prior to departure (whether visa has been granted or under process)
- Tour cost is based on EURO + INR however payments are to be made in Indian Rupees only
- EURO portion payment will be calculated on the day of payment from below, refer to T.T. Selling (O/w Rem) column
Cancellation -
- 60 Days Prior to Departure 10% of the Tour Cost.
- 45 Days Prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
- 30 Days Prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
- 15 Days Prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.
Notes on Payments/tour cost/booking procedure -
- Passport photocopies & PAN cards to be submitted at the time of booking. You may submit original passports if ready to apply for visa
- Original passports alongwith required documents should be submitted 60 days prior to the departure date chosen
- Fixed costs included components like Main & domestic airfare, visa charges, travel insurance, staff expense, miscellaneous charges etc
- Land portion includes services for land arrangements like hotels, transportation, meals, sightseeing, staff expense, miscellaneous etc
- Reduction of only main fare, visa charges &/or insurance applicable for guests making own arrangements of such services
- Tour will be booked upon paying deposits of fixed costs at the time of booking if booked 31 days before departure, if bookings inside 31 days full tour payments will be due
- Child below 7 years old not allowed on hot air balloon ride
- Mandatory tips of INR 3000 per adult & child is not included in the tour cost & to be paid alongwith final payments
- Credit card payments accepted @ 3.5% additional surcharge
Visa Requirement -
- Passport, valid for atleast 6 months from the date of travel with atleast 3 unused blank pages
- 04 recent (less than six months old) photographs in the size of 35mm x 40mm with white background 70% to 80% Face Resolution Matt Finish.
- It should be without specs, sunglasses, hat & cap, scanned & colour photocopies would not be accepted. (Ears should be clearly visible, lips should be closed)
- Original covering letter on company letter head letter signed by the applicant with name, designation & landline number. (It should clearly mention travel dates & who will bear the expenses of the trip)
- NOC for leave letter from employer clearly menioning the details of the applicant & the dates of travel. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details (Landline number) of authorized signatures name, designation & signature.
- Updated (till date) last 6 months bank statement with seal & stamp (personal as well as company, min balance should be INR 150000)
- Copy of last 3 years IT Returns (Personal, HUF & Company).
- Marraige certificate copy
- If spouse deceased, then death certificate
- If child below 18 years, visa form must be signed by either of the parents
- For students pls provdie school/college/university id card copy
