How to Book

1. Select the number of Adults and Children, then proceed to book your tour.

2. During the booking process, we collect your email address and phone number.

3. After your booking is confirmed, our customer care team will contact you via email and WhatsApp to collect your hotel address and any additional details.

4. We will inform you of your approximate pick-up time in advance.

5. Our customer care team is available to support you via WhatsApp at all times.

6. Upon pick-up, please present your voucher to our driver or guide to ensure proper identification and avoid any incorrect pick-ups.

Location

We operate three locations in Phuket: Kathu, Thalang, and Bang Tao.
The location will be selected based on the chosen program, number of visitors, and the location of your accommodation.
If you prefer a specific location, please inform us in advance.

Interactive Experience

Please be prepared for a hands-on experience. This program includes elephant bathing and mud spa activities, allowing you to connect closely with the elephants and create memorable moments.

Health & Safety

All activities are conducted under the supervision of experienced elephant handlers to ensure the safety of both the elephants and participants.

Children Policy

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Weather Policy

The program operates in all weather conditions, including heavy rain.
No cancellations or refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.

Infant & Child Discount Policy

Is there a discount for infants and children?
Yes, discounted pricing is available based on age.

• Infants (under 3 years old): Free of charge.
  Infants do not need to be included when calculating the tour price.

• Children (4–10 years old): Eligible for a discounted child rate.
  Please include them as Children when calculating your tour price.

• Adults (11 years and above): Charged at the adult rate.
  Please include them as Adults when calculating your tour price.

How to Book

When making your booking, simply select the number of Adults and Children according to the age criteria above.
Infants do not need to be added to the booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event.

• 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event.
