How to Book ?

1. You select the number of adult and children for the tour and book your tour
2. We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
3. Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and whats app and we gather your hotel address and other details
4. We communicate your approximate pick up time
5. Our customer care number over whatapp supports you all the time
6. Upon our pick up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver / guide to help with identification and avoiding any wrong pick ups
7. You are ready to enjoy your tour

I have booked Ticket Only Program, how do I reach the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary?

If you are buying the ticket only program, you will have to meet us at the sanctuary which is in Kathu area and close to Kathu waterfall.

Is there a discount for Infant & Children ? What is the policy and how to book ? 

Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.

Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price.

Children over the age of 11 years , would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.

Feed the Elephant Program - Ticket Only

Join in at any time and participate at Feeding Program. Daily Elephant Feeding Schedule as below

08.00 – 09.00 09.00 – 10.00 10.00 – 11.00 11.00 – 12.00 13.00 – 14.00 14.00 – 15.00 15.00 – 16.00 16.00 – 17.00

Feed & Shower with the Elephant Program - Ticket Only

Join either the Morning Program at 8.30 onwards or the Afternoon Program at 13.30 onwards. You can participate in elephant feeding and follow it up with rain shower with the elephants. 

How to reach the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary ?

If you are buying the ticket only program, you will have to meet us at the sanctuary which is in Kathu area and close to Kathu waterfall.

Morning Comprehensive Program with Meals - Hotel Pick Up & Drop Included

6:30 AM  - 7:30 AM - Pick up from your hotel 

8:00 AM - Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket. Get to know all about the conservation program as you enjoy a welcome snack along with tea or coffee

8:15 AM - Lets work to prepare the meals for the Elephants

8:30 AM - Now is the time to meet the gentle giants. As you feed them our guides will narrate to you their indiviual stories and make you familiar with the life of these elephants. Play, interact, and take photos with the elephants in a natural setting.

9:00- 10:20 AM- Time for a mud spa , swim and enjoying a rain shower with the elephants. You can change into comfortable clothes post your session at our shower and drying facility.

10:30 AM - Time to enjoy yummy Thai food. We serve you lipsmacking Pad Thai and seasonal fresh fruits

11:00- 12:30 PM - We wind up from the Elephant Sanctuary and head back to the hotel

11:30 AM  - 12:30 PM - Pick up from your hotel
