Visitors/Customers will not be able to visit Kaziranga National Park from 1st May till 31st October as the park remains closed during this period.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive from Guwahati-Shillong

• Drive from Guwahati Airport / Railway Station to Shillong (Approx 215 kms.)
• Enroute visit Umiam Lake
• Check-in at hotel
• If time permits, visit Cathedral Church, Lady Hydari Park, the Orchidarium, Polo Ground and Wards Lake
• Overnight stay at hotel

Day 02: Day trip to Cherapunji

• Post breakfast, proceed to Cherapunji (Approx 60 kms)
• Visit Spectacular Seven Sisters Fall, Mawsmai Cave, Nahkhalikai Falls
• Enroute visit Elephant Falls and the famous Shillong peak
• Return to Shillong & overnight stay at hotel

Day 03: Day trip to Mawlynlong/Dawki

• Post breakfast, proceed to Mawlynlong / Dawki (Approx 80 kms)
• Jingmaham Living Root Bridge.
• Walk around the charming Mawlynong Village
• Proceed to Dawki
• Umngot River
• Optional boat ride at Umngot River (Boat charges pay at your own)
• Return to Shillong & overnight stay at hotel

Day 04: Drive from Shillong-Kaziranga

• Post breakfast, check-out & drive to Kaziranga (Approx 330 kms)
• Check-in to hotel. 
• Overnight stay at hotel

Day 05: Kaziranga (Full day tour)

• Early morning go for Elephant ride (Subject to allotment from forest department and on direct payment basis)
• Return to hotel for breakfast. 
• Post breakfast proceed for Jeep safari (at own expense) in the Central Range.
• Local Village and Tea Garden (Outer View) tour.
• In the afternoon you may take an optional Jeep Safari (at ADDITIONAL COST) in Western Range of Kaziranga National Park. With Bagori as the entry point.

Day 06: Drive from Kaziranga to Guwahati

• Early morning go for Elephant ride (Subject to allotment from forest department and on direct payment basis)
• Drive from Kaziranga Hotel to Guwahati Railway Station / Airport (Approx 220 kms)
• Check-in to Guwahati hotel
• Overnight stay at hotel

Day 07: Drive from Guwahati to Aiport / Railway Station

• Post breakfast, if time permits, visit famous Kamakhya temple.
• Drive from Guwahati Hotel to Guwahati Railway Station / Airport (Approx 88 kms)
