Itinerary

Pick-Up

• Upon Arrival and post immigration clearances, you come out and meet our Airport Representative at the designated area
• Our Airport Rep coordinates with the Driver at the Parking Bay and calls your vehicle, which takes about 10-20 mins depending on traffic within the airport complex
• You come out and board your vehicle
• Onward transfers to your destination.

Drop

• The vehicle arrives at designated time to your hotel
• Our driver drops you to Koh Samui Airport

Terms and Conditions

Vehicle Capacity:

• Private Van: Maximum of 8 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage are allowed.
• For additional luggage exceeding the stated capacity, an extra van will be required, which will incur additional charges.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Timing:

• The pick-up time must be specified during the booking process.
• Any changes to the pick-up schedule must be communicated to Travstore at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the pick-up time will not be refunded.

Liability:

• Travstore is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the transfer. Passengers are advised to keep their valuables secure.
• Travstore is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
