Hotel Pickup Instructions

• Exact pickup time will be sent via email or WhatsApp one day before departure.
• Please wait at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before scheduled time.
• The driver may arrive within a 10–15 minute window due to traffic.
• Guests staying in private villas, Airbnb, or hillside properties may be asked to meet at a nearby main road or designated pickup point.
• Failure to be present at pickup time may result in no refund.

Itinerary

08:30 – Hotel Pick-Up
Pick up from your hotel in Phuket and transfer to the departure lounge at Royal Phuket Marina. Enjoy light refreshments and a safety briefing before departure.

10:00 – Speedboat Departure to Phi Phi Islands
Depart from Royal Phuket Marina by speedboat and cruise across the beautiful Andaman Sea toward the world-famous Phi Phi Islands.

11:00 – Visit Phi Phi Leh & Maya Bay
Explore the stunning Phi Phi Leh Island. Sightseeing at the iconic Maya Bay, famous for the movie “The Beach.” Admire dramatic limestone cliffs and crystal-clear turquoise waters.

12:15 – Pi Leh Lagoon & Viking Cave
Swim in the emerald waters of Pi Leh Lagoon, jump from the boat, and enjoy snorkeling. Sightseeing at Viking Cave, known for its unique rock formations.

13:00 – Snorkeling Experience
Enjoy snorkeling from the boat in clear waters filled with colorful tropical fish and coral reefs.

13:50 – Monkey Beach Sightseeing
Cruise past Monkey Beach and observe playful monkeys along the shoreline.

14:20 – Lunch at Phi Phi Don
Enjoy an international buffet lunch at a restaurant on Phi Phi Don Island, followed by free time to relax.

15:30 – Bamboo Island Beach Relaxation
Arrive at Bamboo Island, one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the region. Relax, swim, snorkel, or sunbathe in paradise.

16:45 – Depart Bamboo Island
Return by speedboat to Phuket.

18:00 – Arrive at Royal Phuket Marina
Transfer back to your hotel with unforgettable memories of your Phi Phi Island adventure.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking confirmation will be sent once payment is successfully received. Travstore Travel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to operational or safety reasons.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm the reservation unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and may change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure (if applicable).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days.

4. Weather & Safety Conditions

Tour programs may be modified or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns. The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without prior notice to ensure guest safety.

5. National Park Fees

National Park entrance fees (if applicable) may be subject to change according to government regulations.

6. Health & Participation

The tour is not recommended for:
• Pregnant women
• Guests with serious medical conditions
• Individuals with back or heart problems

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide and crew.

7. Child Policy

• Children aged 4–11 years are charged at the child rate.
• Children aged 12 years and above are charged at the adult rate.
• Infants aged 0–3 years may join free of charge (no seat provided), subject to availability.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• For safety reasons, some tours may not be suitable for very young children depending on sea conditions.

Travstore Travel acts as an intermediary between guests and local tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for accidents, delays, natural events, or force majeure beyond our control.
