Booking & Hotel Pickup Instructions

1. Select the number of passengers during the booking process.

2. Your email address and phone number will be collected at the time of booking.

3. After the booking is confirmed, our customer care team will contact you via email and WhatsApp to collect your hotel address and other necessary details.

4. Our team will then inform you of your approximate hotel pickup time.

5. Our customer care team is available to support you via WhatsApp throughout your journey.

6. Upon pickup, please present your voucher to the driver or guide for identification and to avoid any incorrect pickups.

• This package includes shared hotel pick-up and drop-off (SIC transfer).

• Hotel pickup must be reconfirmed with the sales team before booking and is subject to availability.

• Pickup service operates on a pre-assigned route and schedule.

• Pickup time will be confirmed one day prior to the service date.

• Guests are requested to be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

• Delays may occur due to traffic conditions or multiple hotel pickups.

• Pickup service is available only from selected hotel areas as per SIC route.

• In case of any changes or difficulty locating the driver, guests must contact the local support team immediately.

Itinerary

• 8:00 am: Depart from your hotel in Bangkok in a comfortable vehicle.
• 9:00 am: Arrive at Dream World and immerse yourself in a world of fun and adventure. Explore various themed zones, from adrenaline-pumping rides to family-friendly attractions.
• 11:00 am: Step into Snow Town, a unique attraction where you can experience winter activities in tropical Thailand. Enjoy playing in the snow, building snowmen, and even having snowball fights.
• 12:30 pm: Refuel with an international buffet lunch at Dream World, offering a variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate.
• 1:30 pm: Resume your adventure at Dream World. Ride thrilling roller coasters, explore themed lands like Fantasy Land and Adventure Land, or catch entertaining shows and performances.
• 3:00 pm: Gear up for an exhilarating experience at the Go Kart track. Race against friends or family members on the track designed for speed and excitement.
• 4:30 pm: Make the most of your remaining time at Dream World. Visit your favourite attractions again or explore new ones before departure.
• 5:00 pm: Return journey to your hotel in Bangkok, reminiscing about a day filled with laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

• This package includes admission to Dream World, access to Snow Town, Go-Kart experience, international buffet lunch, and shared round-trip transfer (SIC).

• The tour operates daily. Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice by Dream World.

• Shared transfer (SIC) is subject to availability and must be reconfirmed with the sales team prior to booking.

• Transfer service operates on a pre-assigned route and schedule. Delays may occur due to traffic or joint transfer arrangements.

• Child under 90 cm is admitted free of charge but is not permitted to participate in rides.

• Go-Kart participation is subject to height and safety regulations enforced by Dream World.

• No refund will be provided for no-show or unused services.

• The operator reserves the right to amend or cancel services due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 1 day prior to the service date.

• Same-day cancellation or no-show will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Child Policy

• Child under 90 cm: Free admission (no rides included).

• Child 90 cm and above: Full ticket rate applies.

• Height and safety regulations are strictly enforced by Dream World.

Transfer Policy (SIC)

• Shared transfer (SIC) is not automatically guaranteed.
