• No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes caused by force majeure.

5. Pick-up & Transfer Conditions

• Free hotel pick-up is available only in designated areas as stated in the program.

• Extra transfer charges apply for hotels outside free pick-up areas and must be paid on-site.

• Guests are requested to be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Late arrivals may be considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
