Our tour includes hotel pick-up and drop-off service. Please see the process flow below:

4. We will then inform you of your approximate hotel pick-up time.

5. Our customer care team is available to support you via WhatsApp at all times.

6. Upon pick-up, please present your booking voucher to the driver or guide for identification and to avoid any incorrect pick-ups.

7. Once confirmed, you are ready to relax and enjoy your tour.
