Booking Process
Our tour offers hotel pickup and drop services. Please note the process flow:
- You select the number of adults and children for the tour and book your tour
- We gather your email and phone contact details during the booking process
- Post your booking our customer care reaches you by email and WhatsApp app and we gather your hotel address and other details
- We communicate your approximate pickup time
- Our customer care number over WhatsApp supports you all the time
- Upon our pick-up arrival, please present your voucher to our driver/guide to help with identification and avoid any wrong pick-ups
- You are ready to enjoy your tour
Infant / Child Policy
- Aged Under 3 years, infants are free and need not be entered in the count to calculate your tour price.
- Children Aged 3 years and above till the age of 11 are allowed a discounted price, if applicable. If you have accompanying children that fit this criteria please include their count as Children while calculating your price and you may get a lower price if applicable
- Children over the age of 11 years, would be counted as adults. Please include their count as adults while calculating your tour price.
Additional Hotel Pickup/drop Surcharge for non-central hotels
- If you are outside a 3-mile (5-km) radius of Patong, Kata and Karon Area, an additional surcharge for hotel pickup is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Itinerary
- 7:00 - 7:30 AM: Our tour van will pick you up from your hotel for a transfer to Chalong Pier.
- 8:30 AM: Depart from Chalong Pier aboard the Catamaran Yacht towards Racha Islands, admiring the picturesque scenery along the way.
- 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Arrive at Racha Yai Island and transfer to a long-tail boat to access prime snorkelling spots. Spend quality time exploring the vibrant marine ecosystem.
- 12:00 Noon: Return to the Catamaran for a sumptuous Thai lunch buffet while cruising towards Coral Island.
- 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Arrive at Coral Island (Koh He) for an afternoon of exploration. Enjoy the pristine beaches, indulge in water sports, or simply relax at local bars.
- 6:30 PM: Return to Chalong Pier and transfer back to your hotel via tour van.

Weather Clause: The tour itinerary is subject to change or cancellation in cases of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may jeopardize the safety of participants. In such cases, the tour operator reserves the right to reschedule the tour or offer an alternative itinerary. If a rescheduled tour is not possible, a full refund will be provided to participants.
