Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

• Guests are required to be ready at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

• The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the pickup point.

• If guests are not present at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show with no refund.

• Missing the speedboat departure due to late arrival is also considered a no-show.
