Krabi Airport to Phuket Hotels – Private Van Transfer

Service Coverage
This private transfer service is valid for travel between Krabi International Airport (KBV) and hotels located in Phuket areas including Kata, Karon, Patong, and Phuket Town. Hotels outside these areas may require an additional surcharge or a separate booking.

Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. A confirmation voucher will be sent via email after the booking is completed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

Required Information
Customers must provide the following details at least 24 hours before the service date:
Flight number (for airport pickup)
Hotel name and address
Pickup date and time
Contact number or WhatsApp

Failure to provide complete information may result in delays or service disruption.

Pickup and Drop-off Policy
For airport pickup, the driver will wait at the arrival hall holding a signboard with the guest’s name.
For hotel pickup, the driver will wait at the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time.
This is a private door-to-door transfer service with direct pickup and drop-off.

Waiting Time Policy
Airport Pickup: Free waiting time up to 90 minutes after flight arrival.
Hotel Pickup: Free waiting time up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time beyond the free limit may be subject to extra charges. If the customer cannot be contacted after the waiting period, it will be considered a no-show.

Flight Delays and Changes
Flight tracking is included for airport pickup services. In case of flight delays, the pickup time will be adjusted based on the updated flight arrival time. Customers must inform us as soon as possible if there are any changes to flight or pickup details.

Amendments and Changes
Free amendments are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Changes to pickup or drop-off locations outside the specified service area may require a price adjustment.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the service date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
No-show will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Vehicle and Capacity
The service is operated by a private air-conditioned van. Maximum capacity is up to 8 passengers with standard luggage. The vehicle provided will be based on the number of passengers and luggage specified during booking.

Luggage Policy
Standard luggage allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on per person. Oversized luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, or large equipment must be informed in advance. Additional charges may apply for excess or oversized luggage. If luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, an additional vehicle may be required with extra cost.

Surcharges
Additional charges may apply for late night transfers between 22:00 and 06:00, extra stops during the journey, waiting time beyond the free limit, or hotels located outside Kata, Karon, Patong, and Phuket Town areas. All applicable surcharges will be informed in advance.

Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for child seat requests.

Delays and Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a safe and timely transfer.

Responsibility and Liability
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or forgotten items left in the vehicle. By confirming the booking, customers agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
