This transfer service is valid for hotels located in Ao Nang area only. Bookings for hotels in other areas such as Krabi Town, Klong Muang, Tubkaek, or Ao Nam Mao may require an additional surcharge or a separate transfer booking.
Flight and Pickup Details
Please provide your flight number, hotel name, pickup date, and contact number at least 24 hours before the service date. For airport pickups, the driver will wait at the arrival hall holding a signboard with the guest’s name. Flight tracking is included to accommodate any flight delays.
Waiting Time
Free waiting time for airport pickup is up to 90 minutes after flight arrival.
Free waiting time for hotel pickup is up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time beyond the free limit may be subject to extra charges. If the customer cannot be contacted after the waiting time, it will be considered a no-show.
Vehicle and Capacity
The service is operated by a private air-conditioned van.
Maximum capacity is up to 8 passengers with luggage.
The vehicle will be arranged based on the number of passengers and luggage provided at the time of booking.
Luggage Information
Standard luggage allowance is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. Oversized luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, or large equipment must be informed in advance. Additional charges may apply for excess or oversized luggage.
Surcharges
Additional charges may apply for late night transfers between 22:00 and 06:00, extra stops during the journey, hotels located outside Ao Nang area, or special requests such as child seats and oversized luggage. All applicable surcharges will be informed in advance.
