General Booking Policy

Ticket Type – Ticket Only (No Transfer)
- This package is strictly Ticket Only – No Transfer.
- Transportation to and from Dolphin Bay Phuket is NOT included.
- Guests must arrange their own transportation and arrive at the venue on time.
- No refunds will be provided due to misunderstanding regarding transfer inclusion.
Validity of Ticket
- The ticket is valid only for the selected date and show time stated on the voucher.
- Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
- Used, expired, or altered vouchers will not be accepted.
Show Time & Schedule
- Available show times are subject to daily operational schedule.
- Guests must select their preferred show time during booking or indicate it in the booking remarks.
- If the selected show time is fully booked, the nearest available showtime may be offered.
- The operator reserves the right to change showtimes or schedules without prior notice due to operational requirements.
Arrival & Check-in Policy

Voucher Redemption Policy

Additional Activities & Extra Charges

Force Majeure

In such cases, rescheduling or alternative arrangements may be offered at the operator’s discretion.

The operator is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the visit.
Guests are responsible for their own personal items and valuables.
