Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

• Instant Confirmation E-Ticket will be issued once the booking is successfully confirmed.

• Please ensure all booking details (date, show time, ticket type) are correct before completing payment.

Ticket Policy (Ticket Only – No Transfer)

• This package is strictly Ticket Only – No Transfer.

• Transportation to and from Simon Cabaret Theatre is not included.

• Guests are required to arrange their own transportation and arrive at the venue on time.

• No refund will be provided due to misunderstanding regarding transfer inclusion.

Show Time Selection

• Available show times: 6:00 PM / 7:30 PM / 9:00 PM.

• Preferred show time must be selected during booking or indicated in the booking remarks.

• Show times are subject to availability and may be adjusted by the operator if the selected time is fully booked.

• In such cases, the nearest available showtime will be offered.

Arrival & Check-in Policy

• Guests must arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes before the selected show time.

• Late arrival may result in denied entry without refund or compensation.

• Seats are released shortly before the show starts according to theatre policy.

Seating Arrangement

• Regular Seats are assigned by the theatre based on availability.

• Specific seat numbers or locations cannot be guaranteed in advance.

• Group seating is subject to availability and may not always be in the same row or section.

Child Policy

• Children are allowed to attend the show.

• Child tickets and height policies (if applicable) are determined by the theatre.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Amendment Policy

• Amendments to booking details (date or show time) must be requested at least 24–48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.

• Any approved amendment may incur additional charges depending on availability and operator policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

• No refund for no-show, late arrival, or unused tickets.

• No refund will be issued for incorrect booking information provided by the customer.

• Once the E-Ticket is issued, the booking is considered final.

Voucher & Redemption Policy

• E-Ticket / Mobile Voucher must be presented at the ticket counter before the show.

• Each voucher is valid only for the selected date and show time.

• The operator reserves the right to refuse entry if the voucher is invalid, altered, or used previously.
